Insulated Panels
Avlon panels are further enhanced with a multilayered coating system to maximize lifespan and paint adhesion. The base material is pre-tested, followed by applying a corrosion-resistant primer and a top coat.

With insulation playing a key role in building efficiency, Avlon provides thermal solutions that meet performance and budget goals. Our systems use foil-faced, reinforced kraft, or metallised scrim vapour barriers with low thermal conductivity for optimal insulation.
Insulation rolls are installed beneath external cladding, offering internal vapour barrier visibility and a clean, functional look.
This advanced system includes internal liners, insulation over sub-girts, and external cladding. The result is a highly insulated building envelope with superior energy efficiency and noise control.
Roof and wall insulation should be considered with the cladding system, not as a separate finish. The single-skin and double-skin arrangements shown here use different combinations of external sheets, insulation, vapour barriers and internal liners. Their suitability depends on the building's intended use, temperature control needs and the required internal appearance.
Continuity at roof-to-wall junctions and corners matters as much as the insulation placed between supports. The detail drawings above illustrate those transitions. Discuss the target indoor conditions, roof and wall build-up, and any acoustic needs at the design stage so the enclosure can be planned as one system.
